• Monday: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Office hours during the summer (from July 1 to August 31, 2024)

• Monday: 8:00 – 11:00 and 12:30 – 14:00
• The study department is completely closed on other days of the week

Office hours at the beginning of the winter semester (from September 1 to September 18, 2026)

• Due to registrations for higher years and replacement dates for registrations for first years, the study department will be completely closed.
